East Baltimore Drug Free Community Coalition

The East Baltimore Drug Free Community Coalition was established in April 2007 to provide a holistic approach, safe, stable, drug dree environment for the youth and young adults in East Baltimore and provide resources and services to the community to better help young people stay away and survive the epidemic of substance abuse that has plagued the city of Baltimore. The Johns Hopkins Health System recognizes that substance abuse is a problem that requires no single approach and thus has been a coalition member from the start.
