Baltimore Needle Exchange

The Baltimore City Needle Exchange Program (NEP) seeks to reduce HIV, hepatitis C, and other infections by reducing the circulation of unclean syringes. The program also helps drug users overcome addiction by linking them to drug treatment services and provides testing for syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis C.
