Jericho Reentry Program

Jericho is a workforce development program that assists male ex-offenders who are returning to the community and are motivated to participate in job training and placement. Jericho is currently developing ways to expand their potential client base by providing offerings to specific neighborhoods which have high levels of need. The program serves over 200 men a year and has a successful employment rate ranging from 58% to 69%. Jericho educates potential employers about the benefits of working with ex-offenders, such as tax credits and the Federal Bonding program and the support of the Jericho case management staff. Volunteer opportunities include: Wednesday dinner service and technology education classes.
