Government and Community Affairs

The Moravia Park Drive Senior Apartments is a four-story structure dedicated to seniors (and some non-elderly disabled persons, as required by law). As planned, first priority for new units at Moravia Park Drive was given to qualified individuals displaced from the Claremont Extension, and more than half of the total units were occupied by such persons. Through its connections with local organizations, the Moravia Park Community Development Corporation provides full-time supportive services to all residents. The residents of the Moravia Park Drive Senior Apartments received book donations from the Johns Hopkins Books for Baltimore Book Drive.
