Monument, McElderry, Fayette Revitalization Board

The Monument McElderry Fayette Revitalization Plan is a community develop­ment project for the 40 block area bordered by Washington, Monument, Linwood, and Fayette streets. It began in late 2005 and was adopted by the City of Baltimore in 2007.
