Non-contract and After Hours Support

If you have a need for video conferencing support and do not have a contract through ISVC, you can still receive support. As always, priority will be given to clients who do have a support contract signed with the video conferencing support team. Please refer to the rates listed below for the current rate for support.

After hour support can be reached at the on call number 443-240-3945. All after hour network outages will be handled by the IT help desk using the current priority system.


After Hours and Per Incident Support - $150 per hour

Support outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8:30-5pm) will be billed at per hour rate.

Support for all non-contracted systems will be bill at the per hour rate in 30 minute intervals (minimum 1hour).
